Your responsibilities
- Assess customers' technical and operational context to provide tailored recommendations for configuring and deploying the Alpharezo platform.
- Lead the setup, configuration and integration of the solution, working closely with technical teams and customers.
- Support customers through acceptance testing, training and onboarding, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Produce technical documentation, user guides and deployment reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement and contribute to the evolution of the Alpharezo solution.
Who you are
- You hold a master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science and have proven experience (at least 2 years) deploying or integrating software solutions or software packages.
- Strong command of technical environments (SaaS, APIs, databases, networks) and of business issues in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, and a taste for teamwork.
- Proficiency with reporting and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Office suite).
- Professional English required to work with customers and partners.
- Knowledge of the energy or smart grid sector is a strong plus.
